Robin Reid didn’t take up boxing to become a boxer, was Picked for the England squad at 15 and soon claimed amateur success culminating in the Olympic Bronze in 1992 where he was joined by some ‘great’ British sporting stars of the generation – Sally Gunnell, Linford Christie, Steve Redgrave, Roger Black, Chris Boardman and many more.
