Well known and highly respected running coach, Keith Antoine has held a number of national coaching positions. He is also an adept and well regarded motivational speaker.

During the 1990s Keith's talents as a track and field coach were most certainly put to good use - he was the sprints / hurdles / relays coach for Team GB, the Senior Sprints / Hurdles Coach for the Midlands, as well as personal coach for a number of athletes.

He was Great Britain's Paralympics sprint coach from 2000 to 2006, where he worked with the team through both the Sydney and Athens Games. He also assisted in preparing the team for London 2012.

Keith has trained many famous names from the world of athletics such as Denise Lewis, Richard Whitehead, Iwan Thomas and Jamie Baulch. He was also the personal coach to Katharine Merry, Allison Curbishley and Darren Campbell prior to the 2012 Olympics.

Keith has also worked in the IT and telecommunication industries, developing his knowledge and expertise in project management, technical operations and training schemes. All of this has provided him with an excellent insight into the world of business and how to improve efficiency.

Keith is in high demand on the after dinner circuit. His experience as a performance coach in both the sporting and corporate worlds enables him to deliver energetic and motivational presentations which focus on achieving improvements in performance, both at an individual level and within a team setting.
